HAIR TIPS

 

  • Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise.

  • Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny.

  • Detangler spray helps with knots so you don't have to rip your hair out while trying to comb it.

  • If you absolutely have to use heat, make sure you use a protective spray first. These are very inexpensive.

  • Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed.

  • Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop.

  • Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair.

  • Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before.

  • When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture.

  • You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots,and Fuze or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

  • Taking a biotin supplement daily can help strengthen your hair and nails. The generic kind works fine and is inexpensive.

  • Massage your scalp often:this will help your blood flow through it, and get your hair to grow faster.

  • You should use natural things for washing your hair like apple cider, marigold flower,gooseberry or even by boiling tea leaves in some water, etc. You should never use shampoo but in caste if you are using a shampoo it should have balanced pH. Shampoo having unbalanced pH can lead to dandruff. And this dandruff can cause hair loss. You should also not use conditioner daily because it can lead to white hairs. You should not use oil before washing your hair because it makes our hair greasy. You should use pillow cover made of silk and at last but not least you should eat lots of vitamin C.

  • Wash your hair thrice in a week with herbal shampoo that you can prepare in your own home using some hibiscus leaves and aloe vera; just make a fine paste and apply it on hair and wash off after 15 minutes.

  • Don't use many hair products

  • If you have hairfall try a shampoo which contain egg yolk

  • Use a mild shampoo for your hair to reduce any damage to your hair

  • Don't comb your hair often, it causes damage to your hair. If you want to comb try combing softly

  • Don't use hot water to wash your hair, it damages the cells of your hair

  • Don't tie your hair very tightly , your hairfall may increase

  • If you hairfall has increased immediately consult a doctor

  • Put argon oil at the ends.

  • You should not use more shampoo it may damage your hair.

  • When you put oils in your hair, hold forward the head and massage the oils in. Also, it stimulates the roots for better hair improvements.

  • Massage olive oil or coconut oil in your hair for 10 minutes, and leave it in for around 2 hours. It will help your hair grow.

  • Before wash your hair apply" aloe vera" for one hours to make your hair healthy, smooth and shiny.

  • Don't colour your hair or wash your hair regularly. Also, apply oil regularly.

  • You can moisturize hair with your diy hair mask twice a week.

  • When washing your hair don't scratch your scalp, instead try massaging your scalp .

  • Argan Oil is really good for your hair and makes it shiny.

  • Don't use huge amounts of shampoo. It damages your hair. If you do either try to change the amount you use or only shampoo 3-5 days depending on how much you use.

  • If you have curly hair and want it to straighten out a bit, apply oils and no water-based creams. For curly hair, water just makes it much more curly.

  • Use hair oil once a week. This will help moisturize your hair and keep it healthy and strong. Also it will help prevent hair fall.

  • Apply coconut oil to your hair then, put it in a messy bun. Leave it in for 4 hours or more. Then rinse with cold water. This should help prevent hair from falling out and make your hair grow overnight.

  • Massage your scalp for 2-4 minutes. No more no less than that and try home remedies like hair masks they really help the ones. You should use are egg and olive oil or vegetable oil and also use yogurt and orange juice.

  • Don't brush your hair when it's wet, when you hair is wet, it is very fragile. And if you do brush your hair when it's wet, you will lose a lot more hair than your supposed to.

  • You can also just put the white of an egg mixed with some oil on your hair as it will leave it shiny and silky. Not very frizzy.

  • Yes, brushing helps you keep your hair smooth clean and tangle free. However, be sure not to brush too often, because it will hurt your scalp and make your hair fall out.

  • For a hair mask use the ingredients for mayo: eggs, olive oil and lemon juice. Keep it on your hair as long as you can and then wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Your hair will be soft!!

  • DO NOT USE more than one spray product in your hair a day! This can make your hair very weak.

  • Argan oil can be used after showering and drying hair properly.

  • If you usually use a hair straightener or curling iron to do beach waves, don't! A natural way to do it is to go to sleep with a tight braid and when you undo it in the morning, your hair will be wavy, and make sure to put hair spray to make it stay.
